Nella von Nellerod is a stunning 11-month old German Shepherd. This girl is not only beautiful, she is very sweet and social, always happy to meet new people and join a new activity or adventure.  She looks forward to exploring when out on walks, you just may have to remind her that there is no need to rush.  We were told that she was good with small children and both a big and small dog in a prior home, and that she is housebroken, crate-trained, and knows ‘sit’ and ‘paw.’  She has been very social and playful in doggy playgroup at the rescue, and we think she would really love a home with a similarly energetic and playful dog.  Not yet out of puppyhood, Nella is still learning that it’s okay to chew on dog toys but little else.   This girl has enough energy that she would run all the way to you, even if you live outside of California!
